Project Manager

This role includes managing a multidisciplinary team, overseeing budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining strong, proactive client relationships. Your leadership will be essential to delivering successful, on-time, and high-quality project outcomes.
Welder
We are seeking skilled Welders with proven experience in performing and inspecting pipeline and structural welding for the installation, maintenance, and operation of oil and gas pipelines and related facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work effectively within a team to support reliable and efficient project execution.
Superintendent
We are seeking experienced Superintendents to provide comprehensive oversight of construction planning and coordination. This role includes supervising foremen, laborers, operators, and other on-site personnel, as well as managing project logistics, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring work progresses efficiently and in alignment with project goals.
Laborer
When you join the Blue Sky team as a Laborer, you will support a wide range of tasks essential to project success. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing equipment and tools, operating machinery, and performing additional duties as assigned. This role contributes directly to the efficiency, safety, and overall quality of our operations.
Foreman
As a Blue Sky Foreman, you will oversee daily construction operations and provide effective leadership to crews responsible for executing project plans. This role includes coordinating workflow, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining clear communication with team members and project management. You will play a key role in delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest professional standards.
Truck Driver
Blue Sky is seeking experienced professionals skilled in hauling heavy equipment, including the safe and efficient operation of machinery for loading and unloading. Candidates should be proficient in properly securing loads and operating low-boy trailers.
